Tea Ordering

To order wholesale, you must have your company information on file. Contact Victorian Rose Tea Company, using the above information to add your company information.

Tea is priced by the ounce. For individual bagged teas for retail, special orders, or special blending requirements, please call for special pricing information.

Terms: All orders must be prepaid by check, money order, or credit card. We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

Returned Checks: A processing fee of $25.00 will be charged on any returned check.

Shipping and Taxes: We will ship USPS unless you request otherwise. Please allow 2 weeks for delivery. We do not warehouse tea. We prefer to blend "just in time" to maintain optimum freshness and quality. If it is a tea emergency, we will work with you to provide a faster shipment.

All shipping damage is to be handled through the carrier. Insurance will be included on all orders over $25.00 unless requested otherwise.

The actual shipping cost, added to your order, will be based on the current US Postal rates. The shipping cost will be added to the order at the time your order is processed. A 5% sales tax will be added to Virginia orders and 8% to New York orders. We will provide you with the total amount charged to your credit card, by email, once the order is shipped. Back Orders: We will ship back orders unless specifically you explicitly tell us NOT to ship back orders.

Shipping Claims: All shipping claims are to be sent to the carrier. All claims must be filed with 7-10 days with the carrier. Save all packaging until the claim is satisfied. All orders will include insurance.

Product Claims: Shipping errors are to be reported within 3 business days. No returns will be accepted without prior approval. Disliking the tea's flavor is not grounds for returning the tea to Victorian Rose Tea Company. Special Blends are non-returnable.
